Ide Junmai Ginjo Hakuroku Sparkling (720ml)

A GI Yamanishi Certified Sake. It is produced with domestically grown rice which was brewed with water from the northern foot of Mt. Fuji. It is a sake that has passed the strictest certification standards, and can only be made in the prefecture of Yamanishi.

An Authentic Junmai Ginjo Sparkling Sake. Fermented in low temperature, secondarily fermented in a bottle and then pasteurised. Slightly sweet. Fine bubbles sparkling with fresh Ginjo aroma.
