It is a masterpiece and flagship from IDE brewery. It is brewed with features of infiltrated water from Mt. Fuji and uses Yamada Nishiki sake rice, polished to 40%. This supreme sake has a feel of elegance by aroma and smooth by taste after sufficient ageing at low temperature.
