Due to the use of the yeast that French Burgundy white wine also used, it has a fresh aroma similar to citrus fruits, coupled with the sweet aroma and rich taste produced by the second fermentation in the bottle, making it a sake with the characteristics of white wine. You can feel a stronger acidity while drinking at low temperature, and when the temperature rises, the sweetness and umami taste of the rice will change with the temperature, making it a dramatic sake.
