Shirakami Sanchi No Shiki Junmai Kimoto Sake Akita Dog Label (720ml)

Shirakami Sanchi no Shiki is made from Miyama-Nishiki sake produced in Akita Prefecture and brewed using the traditional and labour intensive Kimoto Method. This results in a elegant yet rich tasting sake, with an elegant and long finish. 

On the nose, aromas of Nuts, Dried Fruits and Cream, coupled with flavours of Plum, Dark Cherry and finished with rice umami. Best enjoyed at room temperature or chilled.
