Yoshi Sparkling Chardonnay

Chardonnay grapes from Takahata-cho, harvested for their balance of ripeness but still retaining a firm acidity, are fermented in stainless steel tanks. This dry sparkling wine is characterised by its lively bubbles, gorgeous white floral aroma, youthful and fresh citrus fruit aroma, and balanced acidity with a delicious flavour.
