Shimokita Wine Kanon 2019

100% Germanic grape variety Raichensteiner grown in our own vineyards on the Shimokita Peninsula in Aomori Prefecture. It is a very sensitive grape with a slightly thin skin. This sweet wine has an apple aroma and white peach compote-like sweet fruitiness balanced with acidity. It is a wine that goes very well with dishes such as white meat sashimi and tempura.
