Kagura Junmai "Clear" Unfiltered, Undiluted, Unpasteurized (720ml)

This sake is truly an “All Kyoto” product, made by the combination between “Kyo no Koi" newly created Kyoto yeast, and “Iwai”, Kyoto’s famous sake rice. We used a four-steps preparation and fermentation in ultra-low temperature, seeking for the most suitable method for this yeast. The result is a solid but with sweet "Umami" body, also with a harmony of clear aroma and refreshing taste thanks to the fermentation in ultra-low temperature.
