Classique Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon

The blend of merlot and cabinet Sauvignon form Takahata-machi gives the wine a three-dimensional taste with structure and moderate tannins. The wine is made from different parcels of Merlot and Cabinet Sauvignon. The aim was to create a well-balanced Bordeaux-style wine with concentrated black fruit nuances and tennis extracted from the seeds. A medium-bodied wine with good value for money, it is well-balanced in all elements, including ripe fruit nuances, aromas from ageing, and tannins.
